Pallarenda is the end of the road — literally. The suburb sits at the tip of the peninsula north of Rowes Bay, with views across Cleveland Bay to Magnetic Island and nothing but mangroves and foreshore beyond the last house. It is a small, tight-knit community that feels a world away from the rest of Townsville despite being only seven kilometres from the CBD.
