Kirwan's housing stock is overwhelmingly single-storey brick and block construction from the 1980s and 1990s, set on generous 700 to 900 square metre blocks. There are pockets of newer project homes near the Willows estate, and a handful of older high-set timber homes remain on the original lots closer to the Ross River. Hervey Range Road and Dalrymple Road are the two main arteries, and both carry significant traffic volumes. Internal residential streets are generally wide with good kerb parking and flat driveways — ideal conditions for a removal truck. The key traffic bottleneck is the Willows Shopping Centre intersection, particularly on weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Moving Day in Kirwan

The roundabout at Hervey Range Road and Dalrymple Road near the Willows Shopping Centre is the worst traffic spot in Kirwan. We route around it using the residential streets — let us know your address and we will plan the best approach.
Use your double garage as a staging area.
Park your cars on the street the night before and clear the garage floor. This gives our crew a covered, flat area to stage and wrap furniture before loading — especially useful if rain is forecast.
