Helenvale is a small community on the Mulligan Highway known to most travellers as the home of the Lion's Den Hotel — one of Queensland's most legendary outback pubs. Despite its fame as a roadside icon, Helenvale itself is a tiny settlement surrounded by rugged bush country, and moves here require a practical approach to remote logistics that our team is well equipped to handle.

Properties around Helenvale range from small roadside blocks to larger rural holdings on unsealed tracks. The Mulligan Highway provides reliable sealed access to the township, but properties off the highway can become very difficult in the wet.
