Tips for a Smooth Surfers Paradise Move
Book your building's loading dock early.
Most Surfers Paradise high-rises require a loading dock reservation 48 hours in advance. Share your building name when booking so we can coordinate timing with your body corporate or building manager.
Check lift dimensions before moving day.
Some older Surfers towers have narrow lifts that won't fit king-size mattresses or large sofas. Let us know your building details so we can plan whether items need to go via the fire stairs or freight lift.
Avoid moving during Schoolies and major events.
Surfers Paradise is gridlocked during Schoolies (late November), the Gold Coast 600 and major holiday weekends. If possible, schedule your move outside these periods to avoid traffic delays and parking issues.
Plan for paid parking and loading zones.
