Maudsland is a rapidly growing suburb in the Gold Coast hinterland corridor, positioned between Oxenford and the Clagiraba Valley. Its newer housing estates, rural-residential blocks and proximity to Dreamworld and the M1 motorway make it popular with families seeking space and affordability without sacrificing connectivity.

The suburb is a mix of modern estate homes in developments such as Maudsland Downs and larger acreage properties with paddocks and outbuildings.
