Arundel is a well-established residential suburb on the northern side of the Gold Coast, sitting between Parkwood and Coombabah. It is home to a mix of long-term families and newer arrivals attracted by its proximity to the Gold Coast University Hospital and Griffith University. The suburb is dominated by single-storey brick-and-tile homes on generous blocks, along with pockets of townhouse developments near the Arundel Springs estate.
