Hope Vale is a proud Aboriginal community located approximately 46km northwest of Cooktown on the Cape York Peninsula. As one of Queensland's largest Indigenous communities, Hope Vale has its own governance, services and community infrastructure. Moves to and from Hope Vale require prior coordination with the community and an understanding of the local context — our team approaches every relocation here with respect and care.

Access to Hope Vale is via an unsealed road from Cooktown, which makes wet-season moves essentially impossible and limits the suitable moving window to the dry months between May and October.
