The newer Brightwater estate has wide streets and generous verges that accommodate our largest trucks, while the older pockets near the creek may require smaller vehicles due to overhanging trees and narrower driveways.

Mountain Creek Road gets heavy school and commuter traffic between 7:30 am and 8:30 am and again from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm. Schedule your loading outside these windows for a faster move.
Check overhanging trees on older streets.
Some of the older streets near the creek have large overhanging trees that can restrict truck height clearance. Let us know your address so we can check satellite imagery and choose the right vehicle.
Prepare for two-storey moves in Brightwater.
