Check clearance on older carports.
Many older Banyo homes have low carports and narrow side gates. Measure the height and width of any access points so we can determine if large items need to go through an alternative entry.
Avoid Nudgee Road during peak hours.
Nudgee Road is a busy commuter route that gets congested morning and evening. An early start or mid-morning move avoids the worst of the traffic and keeps your move on schedule.
Don't forget under-house storage.
Raised Banyo homes often have significant storage underneath. Do a thorough check of all under-house areas, laundry spaces and storage cupboards before moving day to avoid leaving items behind.
Use Gateway Motorway access for longer moves.
