As Pallara continues to develop, construction traffic and unfinished road sections can occasionally affect access to newer streets. Our drivers stay up to date on estate access roads and detours. Some Pallara streets in newer stages may still be under construction. Confirm with your builder or estate manager that the road to your new home is accessible for a moving truck before booking your move date.

New Pallara homes have fresh paint and pristine flooring. We bring corner guards and floor runners, but clearing all boxes and packing materials from the main walkway helps prevent accidental scuffs.
Watch for construction vehicles.
Active building sites in Pallara can mean construction trucks, trailers and skip bins occupying street parking. Let us know your street name so we can plan parking and access around any nearby works.
Time your move to avoid school traffic.
The roads connecting Pallara to the main arterials pass several schools. Avoid starting your move between 8–9 am and 2:30–3:30 pm on school days to skip the drop-off and pick-up congestion.
